These terms apply to your use of alokikashakti.org, published by Alokikashakti Astro-Research Centre, Cuttack, Odisha, India. By using the site you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
What this site is
The site publishes articles, forecasts, and information about Vedic astrology, mantras, vastu, and related topics, and it describes the work of the centre. It is a general-information website. It is not a clinic, a law firm, a bank, or an investment adviser.
Reading a page does not make you a client. A consultation starts only when you contact the centre and the centre agrees to advise you.
No guaranteed results
Astrology is interpretive. Forecasts, remedies, mantras, and suggestions on this site are opinions and traditional information. They are not a promise that any health, financial, marriage, legal, or personal outcome will happen. Testimonials are one person's account. They are not a promise that your experience will be the same. Please read the Disclaimer before you act on anything published here.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice. For those decisions, speak to a qualified professional. Do not delay medical care or make a legal or investment decision based only on an article or a forecast.
Enquiries you send us
If you email, call, or send an SMS, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, including birth details. Do not send information about another adult unless you are entitled to share it.
Intellectual property
The text, images, and the name Alokikashakti belong to the centre or are used with permission. You may read the pages and share a link to them. You may not republish the articles on another site, sell them, or present them as your own work without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Other services
The site links to YouTube and uses Google Analytics and Google advertising. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for other websites.
Advertising
Pages may show advertisements, including ads from Google. An advertisement is not an endorsement of that product by the centre. Authorized ad sellers are listed in ads.txt.
Liability
The site is provided as it is available. To the extent the law allows, the centre is not liable for loss arising from use of the information on the site, including decisions about health, money, marriage, or legal matters. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update the pages and these terms. The date above is the date of the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Cuttack, Odisha, have jurisdiction, except where the law requires a claim to be heard elsewhere.
